Patrick Davis has over fifteen years experience in the jewelry industry as a
jeweler gemologist and independent jewelry appraiser. Mr. Davis began his practice
as an appraiser in 1990 working for PT&Company Jewelers & Appraisers in Los
Angeles, California before founding GemSecure Jewelry Appraisals in 2000. Mr.
Davis earned his Graduate Gemologist (GG) diploma from the Gemological Institute
of America (GIA) in 1995 and is only one of a handful Master Gemologist
Appraisers in the United States. He is a member of the American Society of
Appraisers and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA). Patrick is the director of
GemSecure Jewelry Appraisals (GJA) and owns and operates Associated
Gemological Laboratory (AGL) a state-of-the-art certified laboratory. Mr. Davis is
highly respected in the appraisal profession, having attained top-level credentials in
the professional appraisal field. He has additional experience in multiple facets of the
jewelry business, including custom design consulting and the creation of jewelry by
fabrication, plus experience in fine jewelry wholesaling and retailing.
